Summary

Full policy
1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The personal data provided by users are processed exclusively for the following purposes: access to learning contents related to the Art of Jin Shin as available on Jin Shin Guild Academy (www.jinshinguildacademy.org); and processing of payments related to registration in courses, webinars, or other training events related to the Art of Jin Shin, organized by Jin Shin Guild International Association.
2. Recipients of personal data
The data are processed within the organization by persons authorized to process them under the responsibility of the Data Controller for the purposes indicated above.
3. Communication of personal data and consequences of refusal
The communication of personal data to the Data Controller is a legal obligation for the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, indicated in point 1. Failure to communicate the data excludes the possibility of participating in remote training activities.
4. Retention period of personal data
Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.
5. Processing methods
The processing will be carried out with the aid of IT and telematic tools, with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational and physical measures. and logic provided for by the provisions in force. The Data Controller has designated as the external data processing manager for the service Managed Cloud hosting of the platform the society MediaTouch 2000 srl, with registered office at Via Michele di Lando, 10 - 00162, Rome, Italy, legally represented by Andrea Bicciolo.
6. Rights of the interested party
It is possible, at any time, to exercise the following rights with the Data Controller, provided for by the specific articles of the RGPD, which allow:
- Access to your personal data;
- The rectification, cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of their personal data;
- Opposition to the processing of their personal data;
- The portability of your personal data.
The exercise of one's rights may take place by sending a request by e-mail to the address: academy@jinshinguild.org , it is not subject to any form of restrictions, and it is free of charge.
7. Withdrawal of Consent
If the processing is based on the consent expressed by the interested party, it can be revoked at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation.
8. Complaint to the Guarantor Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority, based in Rome, Piazza Venezia 11, CAP 00186, at the addresses specifically published on the Authority's institutional website ( www.garanteprivacy.it ).
